My Disappointing Rolex Hunt: Rushed & Unwelcomed at Shreve & Co. 😤
My recent experience with Shreve & Co. was incredibly disappointing, making me feel compelled to share my story as a cautionary tale. I had high hopes after browsing their collection online, but unfortunately, I didn't feel like I got a warm welcome or great experience at Shreve & Co and was super disappointed. I walked in just to browse, hoping to learn more about a new Rolex, but the lady who greeted me seemed to just want to get me out of the door and didn't really want to entertain any of my questions. I understand the luxury watch market is tough, but I wish she'd been a little nicer about it rather than making it obvious she wanted me out the door very quickly. This overall very disappointed me, especially since this is my closest Rolex AD. My disappointment was so profound that I felt I had to reach out to customer service.
Customer: I'm calling about a really disheartening visit I had to your Stanford store recently. I was just hoping to browse and learn about new Rolex models, but the associate I spoke with made me feel entirely unwelcome.
