Online Order Disaster: Wrong Item & Website Woes! 😤

I was trying to purchase a specific strap for my Panerai watch through their website, which clearly indicated it was available. However, after struggling with a confusing checkout process and an unclear confirmation, I ended up getting the wrong item altogether. Eventually, after a lot of back and forth, I did receive excellent service at Shreve, and Sue was most helpful in trying to find the right strap for my Panerai, but that doesn't erase the initial online ordeal.
Customer: I am absolutely fuming about my recent online order. I spent twenty minutes navigating your website, it said the Panerai strap I wanted was in stock, and now I have a confirmation for something completely different! This is unacceptable.
